If an issue is identified the resulting action plan is passed through the Area Managers to the State Manager and Managing Directors that same day. Issues are always addressed and rectified within 24 hours.
After fixing the issue we ensure steps are put in place at the site to lessen the likelihood of the same issue being raised again. Our proactive attention to resolving issues is one of the reasons we have consistently retained contracts over many years and been offered more by our satisfied clients.
