Pioneer Facility Services operates an Environmental Management System which is compliant and certified with the requirements of the AS/NZS ISO 14001:2004 Standard. We are committed to achieving the principles of responsible environmental management, sustainability and protection of the natural environment in our workplace and in order to minimise our impact on the environment for generations to come. Pioneer Facility Services management is committed to:

• Complying with applicable legal requirements and with other requirements to which Pioneer Facility Services subscribes, which relate to its environmental aspects
• Providing a high quality service with minimal environmental impact
• Operating and continually improving our Environmental Management System
• Meet community expectations and standards, through its management and control of environmental issues
• Reporting of environmental incidents and the immediate and effective response to such incidents

• Reduce waste through innovative work practices and recycling practices
• Minimise environmental impacts by reduction of polluting substances produced by our operations, activities, products or services

• Increase the use of environmentally acceptable materials, equipment and technology in place of those which are considered harmful
• Ensure that our suppliers follow acceptable environmental policies
• Actively promote environmental awareness among workers, clients, customers and the general public
