All employees and contractors of Pioneer Facility Services are required to adhere to the policies and procedures which are detailed in their contract of employment. We continuously reinforce the implementation of these procedures through our training programmes.
Our training programmes enables us to achieve and maintain high standards and provides an investment in our employees and trades people which is returned in loyalty and longevity.
All new employees and contractors must complete our online induction and adhere to strict compliance regulations which are regularly audited by a compliance manager. We have developed our own manuals for developing of our staff by registered training consultants.
Pioneer Facility Services’ training policy gives all employees the opportunity to receive nationally accredited training suitable to their position and time within the company.
Our aim is to have all employees, shift managers and area managers accredited in Certificate II and Certificate III in Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations). Certificate IV training is provided to employees wishing to progress to management level. The fully paid on the job training provides employees with a TAFE qualification that would normally require up to three years attendance at TAFE.
